At Gift Bento, we aim to make every delivery smooth, timely, and delightful. Please read our shipping and returns policies carefully before placing an order.


Returns & Refunds Policy

Change of Mind

  • Due to the perishable and custom nature of our hampers, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Email us at info@giftbento.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.
  • If the claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

  • We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
  • Redelivery fees may apply in such cases.

Alcohol Policy

  • Orders containing alcohol must comply with Australian liquor licensing laws:
    • The purchaser and recipient must both be 18 years or older.
    • Hampers may contain a maximum of 2 litres of alcohol.
    • Proof of age may be requested upon delivery.
