At Gift Bento, we aim to make every delivery smooth, timely, and delightful. Please read our shipping and returns policies carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours after payment is received.
• During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, Valentine’s Day), processing times may be extended. We recommend ordering early to avoid delays.

Delivery Areas

• We deliver within Western Australia using reputable couriers and postal services.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard delivery: 2-8 business days depending on location.
• Express delivery: 1-3 business days in major metro areas (extra charges apply).
• Deliveries to rural or remote areas may take longer.

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., courier delays, public holidays, natural events).

Shipping Fees

• Standard shipping is available for a $10 flat rate to anywhere in Western Australia.
• Express shipping is available for a $25 flat rate to anywhere in Western Australia.

Delivery Conditions

• We deliver 7 days a week (including public holidays).
• Hampers containing alcohol require someone 18 years or older to be present to accept delivery. Proof of age may be required.
• If no one is available to receive the order, a calling card may be left, or redelivery/rescheduling may be necessary. Additional fees may apply.
